How to make garam masala


You like your food spicy? Or want to give your recipes an Asian touch?
How about a spice change? Mix your own garam masala.


Garam Masala

 A Sharp spice mix for Pakistani and Indian recipes.

Ingredients useful for a Month:

25g
cloves
25g
black Cardamom
25g
dried coriander
25g
white cumin
1
nutmeg
2
dried star anise fruit

Mix everything in a blender and store it in a bottle. It is useful for 1 month.
