Mixture:
Take a Blender Machine, Put Yogurt, Milk,
and Sugar in it. Then start the blender and Mix it for 2 minutes. After that
take a bowl and Put the Yogurt Mixture in it and start making baray.
Mixture of Baray:
Take Flour, Gram Flour and Baking Soda in a
bowl. Then put some water in it and mix it gently not too much thicker and not too
much smoothie. After that take a Frying pan and put some oil in it for frying
baray. After that take a Spoon (Table Spoon) and put one Table Spoon mixture in
preheated oil. Do that with all the mixture. When the baray got ready keep it
out from the oil and dip in the yogurt mixture for 15 minutes. Now your Dahi
baray is Ready, Serve it with papri and dahi bara masala.
