How to make Chapli Kabab



Ingredients
Quantity
Mince (Qeema)
½ kg
Salt
According to Taste
Red Chili
2 Table Spoon
Coriander (dhaniya)
2 Table Spoon
Mint (Podina)
2 Table Spoon
Green Chili
6 pieces
Green Onion
2 pieces
Tomato
4 pieces
Egg
1
Flour (Aata
8 Table Spoon
1 Table Spoon
Oil
For Deep Fry


 Procedure:

Take a bowl and put all the things in it one by one and mix it gently and then take a frying pan and put some oil in it for deep fry after that take some mixture in your hand and give it circle shape, after that fry it on low heat and serve with salad or raita.
