Ingredients for 8 Chocolate cakes:


100g butter
60g sugar
3 eggs
1 package vanilla sugar
180g flour
2 tps. baking powder
300g Chocolate cocoa powder
140ml milk


How to bake:


  1. Preheat oven (top / bottom heat 180 ° C).
  2. Add the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat with a Whisk or with a hand mixer until it is fluffy.
  3. After that add the eggs and sugar in it and continue beating.
  4. Mix in flour, baking soda, chocolate cocoa powder and milk.
  5. Mix everything well together. And
  6. Turn paste in the cake pan and bake it on the middle rack about 25 minutes.

You can enjoy the chocolate cakes warm and cold.
