Ingredients for 8 Chocolate cakes:
100g | butter |
60g | sugar |
3 | eggs |
1 package | vanilla sugar |
180g | flour |
2 tps. | baking powder |
300g | Chocolate cocoa powder |
140ml | milk |
How to bake:
- Preheat oven (top / bottom heat 180 ° C).
- Add the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat with a Whisk or with a hand mixer until it is fluffy.
- After that add the eggs and sugar in it and continue beating.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, chocolate cocoa powder and milk.
- Mix everything well together. And
- Turn paste in the cake pan and bake it on the middle rack about 25 minutes.
