Puff pastry bites
With cream cheese, peppers and herbs
All you need is:

Ingredient
1 pack | puff pastry |
1 bunch | chives |
1 bunch | parsley |
1 | Pepper (red) |
1 clove

garlic
|
1 cup

cream cheese, natural
|
How to bake:
- Wash all herbs, the pepper and the chives thoroughly.
- Then enter the washed herbs, peppers, chives and garlic in a blender. Or cut and chop everything into small pieces.
- After that mix everything with the natural cream cheese.
- Then Sprinkle the thawed puff pastry with some flour.
- Now roll out the puff pastry to a plate of about 30x30 cm.
- Spread the herb cheese on it, leave a space empty at the edge of each 3 cm. Roll up the pastry firmly and cut it with a sharp knife in 2 inch pieces.
- Place the pieces on a lined baking tray and let them bake about 20 min. at 200 ° in the preheated oven.
