How to Make Puff Pastry Bites




Finger Food to go, made in 15 minutes work and with a little patience!

Puff pastry bites
With cream cheese, peppers and herbs
All you need is:
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes

Ingredient



1 pack puff pastry
1 bunch chives
1 bunch parsley
1 Pepper (red)
1 clove
garlic
1 cup
cream cheese, natural

How to bake:

  1. Wash all herbs, the pepper and the chives thoroughly.
  2. Then enter the washed herbs, peppers, chives and garlic in a blender. Or cut and chop everything into small pieces.
  3. After that mix everything with the natural cream cheese.
  4. Then Sprinkle the thawed puff pastry with some flour.
  5. Now roll out the puff pastry to a plate of about 30x30 cm.
  6. Spread the herb cheese on it, leave a space empty at the edge of each 3 cm. Roll up the pastry firmly and cut it with a sharp knife in 2 inch pieces.
  7. Place the pieces on a lined baking tray and let them bake about 20 min. at 200 ° in the preheated oven.
Serve and enjoy the salty Finger food in warm or cold!
