2 tbsp. | cottage cheese or low-fat quark |
2 tbsp. | honey |
according to taste |

How
to make:
- Wash the fruits and cut them into small cubes (peel them if necessary)
- Now mix the diced fruit with yogurt, cottage cheese or low-fat quark and add the two tbsp. honey.
- Mix everything well.
Ready
is your sweet and refreshing dessert with very few calories.
