How to Make Fuit Salad in Yogurt

Bad mood often makes you hungry!
You want a better mood, and have an appetite for something sweet?
Well then we do have a great idea.
Have you ever seen a self-made fruit salad in yogurt?
NO? - Check this out! It is very simple.
Fruit salad in yogurt

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
100g natural yoghurt
2 tbsp. cottage cheese or low-fat quark
2 tbsp. honey
according to taste
fruits that you have at home.
(I opted for grapes, apples and pears)

How to make:
  1. Wash the fruits and cut them into small cubes (peel them if necessary)
  2. Now mix the diced fruit with yogurt, cottage cheese or low-fat quark and add the two tbsp. honey.
  3. Mix everything well.
Ready is your sweet and refreshing dessert with very few calories. It not only makes good mood, it is also suitable for a healthy diet.
