How to Make Spaghetti Piccanti

You are creative? And you want to cook something really delicious? How about a slightly different spaghetti dish?

Ingredients for 6 Persons:
Spaghetti

spaghetti
500g
tomatoes
3
red and green peppers
2
green chilies
4
onions
2
cloves of garlic
4
mushrooms
200g
chicken breast fillets
300g
carrots
1-2
olive oil
6 tbsp.
soy sauce
red chili sauce
Worchester sauce
according to taste
salt
black pepper
red chili powder
according to taste
parsley
50g
coriander
50g
mint
50g



How to cook:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices and place them in a vessel.
  2. After that spice the chicken strips with salt, black pepper, red chili powder, 2 tbsp. Olive oil, Worchester sauce about 5 tbsp, soy sauce about 1 tbsp and red chili sauce according to your taste. And put the spiced chicken breast strips for about 25 minutes in the fridge.
  3. In the meantime, peel and wash the onions and garlic cloves. After that wash 1 ½ tomatoes, the green chilies, parsley, coriander and the mint and mix everything with the onions and garlic cloves in a mixer to a paste.
  4. After that take the other 1 ½ tomatoes, red and green peppers, mushrooms, carrots and cut everything into small pieces.
  5. Now heat some olive oil in a saucepan and add the paste in it. Let the paste cook on medium level until it is golden brown.
  6. Add gradually the chopped tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms in the paste and let it fry for about 15 minutes on medium heat.
  7. Set in the meantime another saucepan full of water and 3 tablespoons salt and let it boil. Now put the spaghetti into the boiling water and let them cook for 10 minutes. After that pour the cooked spaghetti in a colander and let them drain.
  8. Now check out the other saucepan, add the carrots in it and spice it all with the sauces and all the spices according to your taste. Add also 3 big mugs water and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Get now the prepared chicken breast slices from the fridge and fry them in a little olive oil till they are Golden brown.
  10. Add the chicken and the spaghetti in the saucepan with the vegetables and enjoy your Spaghetti piccanti.

How to cook white beans with meat

Ingredients for 8 to 10 persons:

300g
black spot beans
500g
meat
2 tbsp.
red chili
1 pinch
turmeric

1 tbsp.
garlic Paste
2 tbsp.
ginger Paste
1 cup
oil
4 pieces
onion
5 pieces
tomatoes
5 cup
water
according to Taste
coriander
according to Taste
salt
1 tbsp.

Step 1

Take some water in a open pot and put beans in it for 3 to 4 hours.

Step 2

Cut the tomatoes and onion. Turn on the oven and take a pressure cooker, put meat,2 cup water, red chili, turmeric, tomatoes, onion and garlic in it and close the pressure cooker and wait for 10 to 15 min or until it is completely through.

Step 3

When the meat will be completely through put oil, ginger and garam masala (we already have a posted garam masala recipe) and then cook it for further 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 4

After your meat is ready add 3 cup of water and the beans in it (do not put the water in which you dipped the beans). Now close the pressure cooker and cook it for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Now your meal is ready to eat just put topping of coriander on the yummy and tasty Beans and enjoy it!

Mix everything in a blender and store it in a bottle. It is useful for 1 month.

How to make:

  2. Now mix the diced fruit with yogurt, cottage cheese or low-fat quark and add the two tbsp. honey.
  3. Mix everything well.
Ready is your sweet and refreshing dessert with very few calories. It not only makes good mood, it is also suitable for a healthy diet.

How to Make Puff Pastry Bites

Ingredient



1 pack puff pastry
1 bunch chives
1 bunch parsley
1 Pepper (red)
1 clove
garlic
1 cup
cream cheese, natural

How to bake:

  1. Wash all herbs, the pepper and the chives thoroughly.
  2. Then enter the washed herbs, peppers, chives and garlic in a blender. Or cut and chop everything into small pieces.
  3. After that mix everything with the natural cream cheese.
  4. Then Sprinkle the thawed puff pastry with some flour.

How to Make American Pancakes


Today i am guiding you how to cook American Pancakes. Sounds yummy? Yes it is so delicious and tasty. You can make it easily in few minutes.


Ingredients for 2 people



150g
plain flour
300ml
milk and yogurt natural
2 tablespoon.
sugar
1 packet
packet of baking powder
3
eggs
1 pinch
salt
some
  • olive oil
  • maple syrup
  • powdered sugar



Method to cook


  1. Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat them with a fork or whisk them until they are blended.
  2. Mix the milk and the yogurt in another bowl, 2/3 yogurt 1/3 milk.
  3. Complement the milk and yogurt mixture with flour, baking powder, salt and sugar and stir this gently to the eggs by stir them constantly.
  4. Heat a small pan until it gets very hot and then turns the heat down to medium. After that grease the pan lightly with oil and then ladle in enough batter to coat the base of the pan thinly, tilting the pan so the mixture spreads evenly.
